 2. Independent Contractor Relationship

Union Freight Logistic operates as an independent dispatch service and is not a motor carrier, freight broker, or shipping company unless otherwise stated.

Carriers and owner-operators remain fully responsible for:

  •  Operating authority
  •  DOT and FMCSA compliance
  •  Insurance coverage
  •  Driver qualifications
  •  Cargo safety
  •  Vehicle maintenance
  •  Hours of Service (HOS) compliance

 3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all dispatch service fees as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

Payment terms may include:

  •  Percentage-based dispatch fees
  •  Weekly service charges
  •  Flat-rate dispatch fees

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

 4. No Guaranteed Income or Loads

Union Freight Logistic does not guarantee:

 Specific freight rates

  •  Load availability
  •  Revenue amounts
  •  Profitability
  •  Dedicated lanes

Load availability depends on market conditions, broker availability, location, equipment type, and carrier performance.

 5. Carrier Responsibilities

The carrier or owner-operator agrees to:

  •  Maintain active MC and DOT authority
  •  Carry required insurance coverage
  •  Operate legally and safely
  •  Maintain communication with dispatchers and brokers
  •  Submit required paperwork promptly
  •  Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations

 6. Limitation of Liability

Union Freight Logistic shall not be held liable for:

  •  Freight delays
  •  Broker non-payment
  •  Load cancellations
  •  Mechanical breakdowns
  •  Accidents or cargo claims
  •  Regulatory violations
  •  Loss of profits or business interruptions

Clients use our services at their own risk.

 7. Broker and Shipper Agreements

Carriers are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all broker-carrier agreements and shipping contracts before accepting loads.

Union Freight Logistic is not responsible for disputes between brokers, shippers, and carriers.

 8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

  •  Business information
  •  Customer details
  •  Freight rates
  •  Dispatch procedures
  •  Financial information

Confidential information may not be shared with third parties without written consent.

 9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  •  Misuse the website
  •  Upload harmful software or viruses
  •  Attempt unauthorized access
  •  Use website content without permission

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are property of Union Freight Logistic.

 10. Termination of Services

Union Freight Logistic reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to:

Union Freight Logistic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws where Union Freight Logistic operates.
